We believe you have made a well-informed decision before making the purchase. Please check the product details and dimensions on the website before placing the order. In case of further clarifications are required please contact us on call before placing an order.

Returning products once bought takes a lot of effort and resources to reach it back to the our warehouse. We do believe there are genuine reasons to return the product, hence a discount code for the refund amount will be issued, which can be used with 3 months from the date of issue.

In case a cash refund is sought then- shipping & reverse-shipping charges will be levied as applicable and the same would be communicated to you in person and in writing. The refund amount will be credited after deduction of to & fro shipping charges.

Refund amount or discount code will be facilitated only after receiving the product at our studio & at the discretion of ‘handworkstudio’ on the condition of the returned product. Ensure products are returned in original packing. Products returned without original packing are not eligible for refund.

Lighting  

We take immense care in making our products. All our products are compulsorily pre-checked for defects if any.  

Our Lamps are all handmade at our workshop with a constant outlook on quality & finish.  The wood being used for these lamps are exclusively sourced beech wood. And polished with PU coated. Non hazardous paints & polishes without lead content is used in our products.

A complete refund or a replacement piece along with customer bearing the courier-reverse pick up charges will happen only if the bulb holder is not working within 180 days of purchase. Refund will be facilitated only after receiving the product at our studio & at the discretion of ‘handworkstudio’ on the condition of the returned product.

 Fabrics- Home Decor & Table Linen

All our fabrics are hand woven & have fabric aberrations which is the beauty of hand made fabrics. Hence there is no refund/exchange for reasons due to this natural handmade fabric aberrations.

A complete refund or a replacement piece along with customer bearing the courier-reverse pick up charges will happen only if the product is received by the customer in damaged condition. In which case the damage has to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. We shall be glad assist you suitably.

Terracotta & Ceramic Ware

Terracotta & ceramic products at ‘handworkstudio’ are made with utmost care and precision. As a means to ensure quality, all terracotta serve ware are pre-washed & tested for cracks & leaks.

A complete refund or a replacement piece along with bearing the courier/reverse pick up charges will be taken into consideration only if in a rare case; an item arrives in a damaged condition or has any defect that could have occurred during transit.

We expect our products to last a lifetime with good care and proper handling, in case a crack develops on the inside or outside, within 30 days. No paints or polishes is used on any of our terracotta products. Extreme care is taken in choice of our clay. It is usually sourced locally from areas where streams or rivers once flowed and from the process of local lakes de-sedimentation.

There is no 'Returns' of terracotta products. In case a product is received in damaged condition please bring it our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. We shall be glad assist you suitably.
